RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us at nardas.inquiries@gmail.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.

Returns and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks process, not including shipping times.

 

7 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 7 days from date of shipment. To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following:
– The item is in its original packaging.
– The item is unworn and/or unused.

To process your return, we need the original receipt or invoice.

All returned items shall be subject to quality control and assessment to confirm its condition. If deemed fit for replacement, we will replace the items and send back the new items free of shipping charges.

 

Sale Items

Promotional and sale items are can no longer be exchanged or returned.

 

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at nardas.inquiries@gmail.com.

 

Shipping

To return your order, please contact us at nardas.inquiries@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your order to our main branch at 151 Upper Session Road, Baguio City. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping charges for product returned that are not under the terms for return/exchange.

Product returned under the terms for return/exchange will be sent to you free of shipping charges.
