SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• The delivery address for the item(s) purchased shall follow a per transaction basis.
• You need to provide the corresponding correct and complete address where the item(s) should be delivered.
• All period shall commence from the day of shipment.
• Delivery within Baguio City shall take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Other areas with in the country, deliveries will have duration of five (5) to seven (7) business days.
• The website will receive order 24/7 but order cut off will be every 4pm from Mondays to Saturdays.
• All orders placed with confirmed payments before 4pm from Mondays to Fridays will be shipped the following day.
• For orders placed with confirmed payments after cut off time (4:00pm) from Mondays to Fridays will be added to orders on the following day.
• All orders placed with confirmed payments during Sundays and Holidays will be added to orders on the following business day.

Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon payment confirmation. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Since we, and our third party partners assisting us to provide you the best online shopping experience, may follow national, seasonal, and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the duration of your package’s shipping. Please also note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the items are shipped up to the time of delivery to you).
